How can I do it?","answer":"Thinking about temporarily stopping \/ terminating your ZYM subscription? No problem! \r\n\r\nOur customer care team is here to guide you through the process after a simple verification. Just contact them, and they can:\r\n\r\n\u2705 Explain any termination charges, if applicable.\r\n\u2705 Confirm the effective date of your termination \/ suspension.\r\n\r\nDo take note that we may be asking you to provide the reason(s) for the request.  \r\n\r\n<b><u>Keynote<\/u><\/b>\r\n<b>Suspension request<\/b>\r\nPlease be aware that suspending your mobile number(s) requires you to contact customer service again for reactivation.  Your billing will continue during the suspension period.\r\n\r\n<b>Termination is non-reversible<\/b>\r\nTermination of account and\/or a mobile subscription is irreversible. That means you won't be able to retrieve your account \/ mobile number anymore. \r\n\r\n<b>Mobile App access<\/b>\r\nAfter the termination, If you have any active subscriptions remaining in your ZYM account, you'll still be able to use the mobile app to manage them.
