Free 9-month Port-In Promotion Terms & Conditions<\/strong><\/p>\n

This promotion is only for new to ZYM customers<\/b> who port their existing mobile number to the Roam SMART (4G) plan.<\/p>\n

To be eligible, your number must be coming from a mobile operator other than Singtel, Gomo, Heya, CMLink, ViviFi, or Zero1<\/b>. Also, your ported-in number must not have been registered with ZYM in the past 12 months.<\/p>\n

\n

(1) Eligibility & Promotion Mechanics<\/strong><\/p>\n

Eligible customers who successfully port in may qualify for one of two promotions:<\/p>\n

Promo A: 9-Month Subscription Waiver<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n

To Qualify:<\/b> Select your existing telco during the port-in process.<\/p>\n

Waiver Details:<\/b> If you happen to come across a Telco that displays “FREE 9 mths”, your monthly subscription fee will be charged for the first three (3) bills<\/b> from your mobile number port-in date. The subscription fee will then be waived for the subsequent nine (9) bills<\/b> (from the 4th to the 12th bill inclusive).<\/p>\n

Condition:<\/b> All previous bills must be paid in full and on time by their respective due dates.<\/p>\n

Post-Promotion:<\/b> After the waiver period, the monthly subscription reverts to prevailing rates.<\/p>\n

Promo B: 6-Month Subscription Waiver<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n

To Qualify:<\/b> Select your existing telco during the port-in process.<\/p>\n

Waiver Details:<\/b> If you happen to come across a Telco that displays “FREE 6 mths”, your monthly subscription fee will be charged for the first six (6) bills<\/b> from your mobile number port-in date. The subscription fee will then be waived for the subsequent six (6) bills<\/b> (from the 7th to the 12th bill inclusive).<\/p>\n

Condition:<\/b> All previous bills must be paid in full and on time by their respective due dates.<\/p>\n

Post-Promotion:<\/b> After the waiver period, the monthly subscription reverts to prevailing rates.<\/p>\n

\n

(2) How to Qualify & Important Dates<\/strong><\/p>\n

To qualify for this promotion:<\/p>\n

Order a SIM card<\/b> from www.zym.sg<\/a> OR sign up directly at a ZYM reseller outlet<\/a><\/p>\n

Activate your SIM to submit a port-in request<\/b> between July 1st, 2025, and July 31st, 2025<\/b>.<\/p>\n

Your port-in must be successful by August 31st, 2025<\/b>.<\/p>\n

\n

(3) Payments<\/strong><\/p>\n

Upon successful SIM activation, a prorated amount<\/b> and a one-month advance payment<\/b> are required. This payment will be offset against your first prorated bill and the next month’s bill. This payment is non-refundable and non-exchangeable for cash<\/b>, even if the plan is terminated prematurely.<\/p>\n

\n

(4) Additional Benefits<\/strong><\/p>\n

Free 5G Connectivity:<\/b> Port-in your mobile number from any mobile operator except Singtel, Heya, Gomo, ViviFi, Zero1, and CMLink<\/b> to receive free 5G connectivity, valid for 90 days. This will be activated after successful port-in.<\/p>\n

\n

(5) Important Conditions<\/strong><\/p>\n

Any subscription fee waiver provided is not exchangeable for cash or transferable <\/b>to other ZYM account.<\/p>\n

The promotional discount from Promo A or B will be immediately forfeited<\/b> if the customer:<\/p>\n

Ports out the mobile number from ZYM Mobile.<\/p>\n

Changes the existing mobile plan.<\/p>\n

Terminates the mobile service.<\/p>\n

Initiates a Transfer of Ownership of the mobile service.<\/p>\n

\n

(6)<\/strong> This promotion cannot be combined<\/b> with any other ongoing ZYM Mobile’s promotions or offers.<\/p>\n

\n

(7) Management Rights<\/strong><\/p>\n
