There are 3 ways to collect your SIM card when you sign up ZYM Mobile in www.zym.sg

👉 Self collection
Choose to self collect your SIM card at selected retail stores. This option is free of charge.

👉 Drop into Mailbox ($2.00)
We shall drop the SIM card into your mailbox via standard mail. In normal circumstances, you may expect to get your SIM card within 3 working days.

👉 Delivery to Doorstep ($6.00)
You may anticipate receiving your SIM card on the specific date between 9AM - 9PM, right at your door.

We are sorry that we are unable to provide order tracking at this time. Rest assured that we're constantly improving our service. However, we're happy to let you know that our delivery partner will let you know via email & SMS about the status of your order.

If you have chosen Delivery to your doorstep option, you may either get in touch with our delivery partner or reach out to us for further assistance. Do note that there will be an additional delivery fee of a minimal of $7.50 for rescheduling. So it's best to avoid missing your delivery.

If you have chosen Delivery to your doorstep option, you may expect an email / SMS from our delivery partner on your SIM delivery. You may ask them to adjust the delivery time or address. However, please take note that separate fee of a minimal of $7.50 shall be imposed by our delivery partner on such rescheduling.
