Sign up / Port-in

3 simple steps to sign up for a new number.

👉 Step 1 - Request a SIM card with www.zym.sg
👉 Step 2 - A SIM pack will be delivered to you
👉 Step 3 - Download ZYM mobile app in Appstore / Playstore > Choose Activate SIM > Select to sign up a new number to activate your SIM card.

3 simple steps to transfer / port-in your existing number to us.

👉 Step 1 - Request a SIM card with www.zym.sg
👉 Step 2 - A SIM pack will be delivered to you
👉 Step 3 - Download ZYM mobile app in Appstore / Playstore > Choose Activate SIM > Select port-in existing number to activate your SIM card.

Do take note of the following for number porting to us.

👉 The current port-in number must stay active
👉 The port-in number must be registered under your name and ID.
👉 The port-in number must fulfilled the obligation(s) from your existing Telco. ZYM Mobile is not liable for any early termination charges, or other related fee, imposed by your existing Telco.
👉 Your port-in will be processed immediately upon you activating our SIM card. While waiting, pop in our SIM card to starting using ZYM mobile with a temporary assigned ZYM number.
👉 Typically, port-in process shall take 1-2 working days. Both temporary and port-in lines may be interrupted on the actual port-in day. This is completely normal, and it typically takes 1 to 4 hours for your port-in number to activate.
👉 If you have port-in to us for a 5G plan or are entitled to a 5G promotion, your 5G network will be activated within 24 hours after you have successfully ported to us.

It costs nothing at all to transfer your phone number to ZYM. However, keep in mind that Early Termination Charges will apply if you have a contractual term with your current Telco, so make sure that your mobile plan and value-added services are not still under contract with your existing telco.

Anyone with a Valid NRIC / FIN and is over the age of 18 can sign up for a ZYM mobile plan.

Anyone at least 18 years old can sign up for ZYM mobile plans, both locals and visitors. All you need is a valid NRIC/FIN.

Note: You must have at least 6-month of pass validity to sign up ZYM mobile plan.

The number of ZYM mobile lines each NRIC / FIN can sign up for is 6.

It's best to stick to what you can handle, though. Please take note that if you wish to sign more than 6 lines, you are required to provide ZYM Cuscare for extra information. Do WhatsApp to ZYM Cuscare @ 80404040 for more info.

Absolutely, as long as you have a Singpass. However, please bear in mind you need to be of a min. age 18 before you can sign up for a mobile line with us.
